There is a critical shortage of tradespeople in the United States today. Current union- trained members are retiring at alarming rates. Pocket Hercules was hired by the Construction Careers Foundation to close that gap in the state of Minnesota by targeting young adults (specifically women and minorities). PH raised awareness by engaging with schools, guidance counselors, reporters and politicians to drive home the benefits of great pay, great benefits, and no student loan debt.
